On April 12, 2007, PowerShares Capital Management LLC announced that the “QQQQ” (NasdaqGM:QQQQ) would begin using a new CUSIP number and name: PowerShares QQQ^TM, CUSIP # 73935A 104. Effective immediately, commensurate with this change, CME is changing the name of the NASDAQ-100 Index Tracking Stock Futures contract (QQQ) to CME PowerShares QQQ^TM Futures contract.
